I watched Bloody Street just now, because it is an old movie, and it was bought at a high price from a rental disc store when I was collecting TONY movies a few years ago... So I have been shaking.. But it is really touching. Although the costume style at that time It's all a bit rusty, but the idea is very good...especially when I saw Tony killed Xueyou and said "I don't want to do this, but I can't bear to see you go on like this"... Haha, the most depressing thing is that he still takes Take Xueyou's head to avenge him, Li Zixiong has done a lot, he can really do it~~~ Take such horrible things in OFFICE to kill, haha~~

My favorite of all John Woo movies, both versions have a good ending. In fact, the literal translation of the English title is much better than this bloody street.

In the front, as in "The True Color of Heroes", it tells about the friendship between brothers who can stick with each other, show each other's heart, and share life and death. Later, it gradually evolved into a cruel drama in which good buddies with money interests will also betray their trust and turn enemies into each other. There are too many action scenes in the movie, and some of the paragraphs are more than expected. Unfortunately, I am used to the halo of the protagonist that is common in John Woo movies, and those fierce fights are not so thrilling for me. —— Woo Yusen: ...Actually, "Blood on the Street" is not from "Thorn Horse" ... Jacky Cheung and Li Zixiong in the play are the portrayals of my former friends, and Tony Leung in the play is me... "Blood on the Street" was the whole Hong Kong at that time. A movie with the most expensive production fee and a serious overrun... http://ent.ifeng.com/idolnews/daxierenwu/special/dxrw017/

Bullet in the Head quotes

  • Ben: Mr Leong. I think think you're mistaken. When we were in Hong Kong we admired Miss Yen. We like listening to her sing. We were all staring at her just now, as we were wondering... wondering why she had changed so much. She's not pretty any more.

    Paul: Ah Bee!

Ben: She's lost her innocence. She's not happy any more. I wonder who was responsible for that?

Y.S. Leong: You're criticizing me? Not many people would speak to me like that. Young man, you've got balls. Bring me wine!

  • Ben: You're pointing a gun on a good friend you've known for more than a decade!
