Such a "light" film to capture the 67th Berlin Golden Bear is a shame for film critics - its starting point is too "smart", the style of painting is too "small and fresh", the setting is too IKEA and the tone is too Instagram... After all, it's just too feminine.
This is a fact. The film is written by the Hungarian "mothers" director Iltyko Inyetti. It describes a pair of lonely men and widows who met in the same bed in the same dream. After many setbacks, they finally reached a happy ending with no dreams in the same bed. The style of the film is cold, the line of sight is wandering, and it does not focus on any central point, but there is a vein of aura that spreads and wanders in the stillness of the cold branches. It is a rare female film in ten years.
The director put this story of life as if it were first seen in the meat factory, and detailed the process of slaughtering the cow and cutting the wrist of the heroine, which is cold and sharp and worrying about beauty. What is more difficult than falling in love is touching. She is afraid that the woman will peel off the ice protective shell on her body and mind step by step, naked herself, and finally use her body hair and skin to touch the scalding hot mass that she can't help but miss.
It is worth mentioning that the chairman of the jury of this film festival is the Dutch director Paul Verhoeven. The erotic master known for his organs and violence awarded the Golden Bear to this frigid film, which is the most in the history of the Berlin Film Festival. An intriguing moment.
