导演你是怎么想的？你让吉普赛神婆做女主角就不要让艾德勒出现嘛，你把艾德勒杀死（当然以后还可能很老套的复活）然后镜头一直跟着吉普赛神婆让我觉得很不爽！！！
华生结婚了（终于！这次他老婆是好人哦，而且没死呢），莫里亚蒂派小弟邀请福尔摩斯到府上聊聊，并且警告福尔摩斯不要乱来。紧接着派人暗杀华生夫妇（细节记不起来了，毕竟是上周看的），当然被福尔摩斯救了。华生接着跟福尔摩斯还有吉普赛神婆去查找神婆哥哥的下落，相信大家又知道了是莫里亚蒂这厮干的；然后福尔摩斯跟着吉普赛神婆神婆来到德国，这个时候他们发现了莫里亚蒂的秘密，原来他正在策划挑起欧洲国家之间的战争，他作为武器生产商好渔翁得利！ 并且他把神婆哥哥改造成王储（还是大臣，记不清了...），命令他当场杀害别国高层制造战争。叹一句，跟第一部相比，导演这两年都干什么了？！以后投资这种电影，制片方可以找青山刚昌聊聊天吗？ 这厮花了十几年柯南还能编下去，你们拍个福尔摩斯第二部就已经如此江郎才尽.....
活该今年华纳票房输给派拉蒙。
小罗伯特唐尼迷惑了，哥他妈也是贩卖军火的，哥外号ironman，你这样哥还混不浑呀！小罗伯特唐尼ironman真情流露了，他一个人单挑一个加强排，不用变身，武打水平超过ironman，神一样的躲过了所有射过来的子弹。莫里亚蒂一看形式不对，把衣服拉开，原来这厮穿了一身炸药，并且准备和福尔摩斯同归于尽。这个紧急关头福尔摩斯看到旁边有一个皮球，这一刻柯南附身了！！经过精准的计算（第一部福尔摩斯打人时候的计算镜头大家还记得吗？），皮球精准的打到了莫里亚蒂的身体。经过柯南的附身和ironman本色乍现，小罗伯特唐尼获得了胜利！ 要是影片这样结束我还比较欣慰，毕竟有个高潮点，可惜.... 这段是我乱编的。
事实上，福尔摩斯老套的被抓住然，然后华生的帮助下老套的逃跑，然后老套的躲过了所有子弹，老套的最后时刻中弹了，老套的准备牺牲。这个时候，看电影的小朋友们一定很紧张！！（如果有家长带你们的孩子看这部电影的时候麻烦受累观察一下，我猜想12岁一下的小朋友应该会紧张。）老套的，福尔摩斯被女主角（还是华生，我记不清了）救活，并且前往雪山阻止莫里亚蒂。
福尔摩斯和莫里亚蒂进行最终对决。告诉莫里亚蒂，莫里亚蒂的笔记本在德国的时候就被福尔摩斯换了，莫里亚蒂的老巢在英国已经被端了。莫里亚蒂从衣服里掏出来，一看，诶哟！真的诶，亲，你好坏哦。
本片最大的败笔终于在这里出现了，相信不用我说豆瓣上的各位就知道哪里不对了。打着福尔摩斯的牌子，竟然搞这种逻辑游戏，莫里亚蒂何等人，笔记本这几天都没看？而且还随身带着？要是这么不严谨的人竟然都能把福尔摩斯搞得团团转，日本那一票人该有多么失望？！
如果觉得这样都说的过去，那么.......
最后的结局跟小说保持一致，毕竟柯南道尔都不敢让福尔摩斯死，导演在圣诞节更没有这个胆量.....
