A very nice animation masterpiece! Quite domineering! highly recommended! Animation plus live shooting, as if immersive.

The epic blockbuster background music sets off a powerful aura.

There is not a single dialogue in the whole film. It relies on the voice and limbs of insects to tell an adventurous heroic story. There is no urine in the whole process!

(The only thing to complain about is the translation of the Chinese title: Can you use dim sum, can you not translate everything into the vulgar "General Mobilization"?! It's too uncultured!)

It is completely different from traditional cartoons. There is no "anthropomorphism", no animals speak English, nor stories about the animals and human beings. Instead, they retain their original way of communication. In this era when everyone said that "anthropomorphism is the most disgusting rhetoric", "Insects" has chosen a form that respects small animals many years ago. Although humans are not the protagonist in this story, the impact on insects is huge. A toy has become a spider’s mansion; a box of sugar cubes has become the fuse for the ant war; a box of matches has become the hope of victory; cotton swabs and toothpicks have become weapons, durian has become a siege hammer , The artillery became explosive... Things that are not important to humans may be of great significance to insects. There is also the meaning of protecting the environment: don't throw rubbish, let alone leave a source of fire in the forest. It was because of being left behind that I experienced a different kind of life; it was because of leaving my family that I met new friends. Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what the next one is.

There is no dialogue, and the shooting is extremely difficult. I would like to praise such a desperate film crew!
