How was the gun changed?
To understand the final gun change, the difficulty is no less than a GRE logic problem (I think I'm thankful buddy, I also practiced it), not only involves the owner of each gun, the person killed, and various placement methods The hidden words and intentions behind it directly affect the understanding of the characters and the ending. When I watched it for the first time, I just thought it was unremarkable, but the more I watched it, the more frightened I became. Finally, I suddenly found out that the real ending was not filmed at all, but was all contained in this puzzle.
Before He Jiaan began to change the gun, Gao Zhiwei changed the bullet for his gun. After 6 shots were fired, the South Asian was shot 1, He 1, Chen 4.
The story of Gao Zhiwei's plan: Chen Guibin (with a South Asian) kills Wang Guozhu and commits a crime with a gun. The loot was unevenly distributed and the Nanyas were killed. Gao and He rushed to kill Nanyas and Chen. During the shootout, He was killed by the Nanyas with Wang Guozhu's gun. He got his gun back.

Gao Zhiwei's gun in the hands of the South Asians was returned to the South Asians (not a single bullet was fired).
Story: It was the South Asians who took Gao Zhiwei's gun, and Chen Guibin took the gun case of Wang Guozhu. He Jiaan, Gao Zhiwei and Qiqi arrived, Chen killed the South Asians, injured He, and Qiqi killed Chen Guibin.
Intent: To sacrifice the madman Chen Guibin, Gao Zhiwei was guilty of missing a gun to save himself.
Weaknesses: the same. And the two gun robbery cases are even more difficult to convince.
Until the screen gets dark, the gun change is still not over. However, we can already see from the above analysis that if we put away He's own gun and Kiki's gun, no matter how the other guns are placed, it will not hold. 5 people and 4 guns are not a problem, because Chen Guibin should have no guns. The key is why He Jiaan's gun killed Gao Zhiwei. Why did Qiqi's gun kill Chen Guibin?
So we can infer He Jiaan's only and most favorable ending: in the end, Gao Zhiwei must be a bad person, and one of Qiqi and Chen Guibin must be an accomplice and the other a good person.
If 1, Qiqi is a good person and Chen is an accomplice. Can't explain why Gao killed Chen.
If 2, Chen is a good person and Qiqi is an accomplice. As long as Qiqi comes, returns the gun to her, and kills Qiqi with He Jiaan's gun, it is a righteous killing of relatives. Can't use Gao or Wang's guns, because they are all in the hands of experts, and the logic of shooting is not logical.
The final solution should be:
He Jiaan: He Jiaan's gun (kill Gao).

In the above deduction, I ruled out the factor of "infighting", otherwise, the South Asians can also be counted as Gao and Qiqi, and let him take a gun. But it doesn't matter, the key is to meet the two conditions of "Gao Zhiwei is a bad person" and "Qiqi and Chen Guibin are good and bad".
This is the final outcome. It can be seen that the process of constantly changing guns is the process of He Jiaan's gradual infatuation, from protecting the police force, to protecting himself and Qiqi, and then sacrificing everyone to protect himself. He Jiaan's inner demon became stronger and stronger, his evil personality became more and more prominent, and finally he became another Gao Zhiwei.
