American style

I have always had a religious adoration for Infernal Affairs

. I thought it was Mount Everest in a gangster movie, and I couldn't get past it.

So I watched the American version of "The Departed". The

actors have nothing to say. They are all my favorite acting styles,

but the film is still very American . The stigma of culture is

full of foul language throughout the film.

Leonardo is the Hollywood version of Ma Jingtao . There is still a gap between his

hysterical roars and Andy's inner struggles . It still surprises me. It 's a bit like a Korean drama. The whole film tries to render violent aesthetics. Unfortunately , I don't see too many beautiful places . It should use its English name "The Departed" instead of the US version of Infernal Affairs

Just open your mouth and shoot FUCK and headshot, Xiao Di is an irritable and depressed man. . . Jack Nicholson performed well. On the rooftop, Xiao Di beat Damon, a waitress and two husbands. It means that the gang is a Chinese trade computer chip. If you honestly say that the drugs are not over, you have to bypass it, but superfluous.

The localized adaptation was very successful and achieved the balance of commercial art. Compared with the Hong Kong version, it saves the outdated sections of infinite flashbacks + sensational soundtrack, and a headshot is clean and neat, but it has fallen behind in terms of rhythm control, character inner portrayal, and emotional substitution. The background explanation of the characters, the integration of the characters into the environment, and the hookup of the psychologist seriously slowed down the rhythm and entered the first climax of the transaction. The Hong Kong version is 15 minutes and the US version is 1 hour. Old Jack's strong sense of presence is rather overwhelming, and the plot of the new FBI informant is not clever.

The Departed quotes

  • Ellerby: [during a conference briefing about Costello and his crew] We're not here to solve the case of the missing scumbag, we're here to nail Costello.

  • Colin Sullivan: [in an interrogation room] I think you better call your mother, and tell her you won't be home for supper.

Colin Sullivan: Look it, fuck-stick, you don't have to trust me. Just listen to what I am saying to you.
