classic alien war movie

Since I'm going to watch the second part, I haven't fully watched the first part before, so I watched it in a hurry. There is a reason why the classic is called a classic. Each character has a distinct personality, a MIT repairman with obsessive-compulsive disorder, The air force captain who can't get promoted, the mother who has to be a stripper for the sake of the child, the Vietnam war veteran with a bit of personal paranoia, is almost a very three-dimensional movie; the plot is relatively compact, there is not much urine, and the American personal heroism is outstanding, In the end, the heroic efforts of four people saved the country and even human beings; the president's daughter is too cute, cute little loli, the trick of aliens controlling people's brains is not described in detail, I don't know if it will be in the second part. Again, I have seen many alien movies, and the real aliens are ugly, unacceptable

(7/10) Going back more than ten years can be called a sci-fi blockbuster. The plot setting, special effects production, character personality, theme expression, etc. are all typical Hollywood techniques. Now it looks a bit outdated. The new millennium sci-fi productions hit the ceiling of the type directly. Such a slightly old-fashioned, naked American melody makes people look particularly uncomfortable. After so many years of development and consideration of the audience’s taste in Hollywood, it is bound to hide the value output more and more under the film text, and use more complex surface information to convey the implicit value output, so that the audience is not aware of the difference and willing to do so. Is guided to that set of "reasonable" and convincing value system. But for today's audience, it is becoming more and more difficult to satisfy, which is a good thing.
