There are not many lucky people, if you haven't been, you will know why

1. Violence cannot solve problems, it's only dignity that always prevails.

2. Political correctness should not be ridiculed too much, it is actually people's conscience and respect for the weak.

Although this is a comedy, the discriminated plot is not overdone. But I saw Doc being beaten in the bar and the white guys tugging at his head and saying "there's just a steel ball missing in the kitchen" and was genuinely angry and heartbroken by the humiliation. A sentence in Eason Chan's "Exaggerated": "There are not many lucky people, if you haven't been one, you will know why." As long as people who are despised, must be able to understand this feeling.

As long as there are strong and weak, more and less, there must be inequality. America is politically correct enough, but there are few people of color in the most resourceful sororities in colleges, and the most important characters on cheerleaders and football teams will always be good white people.

Equality and freedom are contradictory. But freedom is upheld by nature, but equality requires civilization to protect. Political correctness does make life better for the minority.

marvelous. Although the number of ways is generally conceivable, from discrimination to respect to hugs, the film tells a story of arresting people in this simple framework, from beginning to end in one go. The process is full of sorrow, love and joy. The ending is full of warmth and kindness. After watching it, it feels really good, the story is good, the performance is good, and the telling is good.

Translating "Li Braqi" into "Lady Liberty" is very uncomfortable. "He plays the piano like the Statue of Liberty", really fucking mentally retarded.

Green Book quotes

  • Dr. Don Shirley: Ahh that was a good time. I'd do that once a month for free.

  • Tony Lip: I don't make the rules down here.

Dr. Don Shirley: No? Then who does?

Tony Lip: You're saying just 'cause I'm white and they're white? You know, that's a very prejudiced thing you just said there. A very prejudiced thing. I got more in common with the Hymies at 2nd Avenue Deli than I do with these hillbilly pricks down here.
