The long-standing legend of the era, the different life in a foreign country, sometimes the essence of which one is obsessed and longed for is the same. Isn't it indifference to the current reality, even powerless...? I've always wanted to make stories about these kinds of propositions, but Woody Allen made it happen with a simpler appeal. This is the usual American movie. It is not as good as a literary film, which makes people seem to understand but not understand, and there are hundreds of interpretations; it is such a clear universal value. Give the general public a little warmth that is approachable.
I don't have a complex of old times, but 80% of the writers and entertainers I like were almost 100 years ago, and 90% are foreign. This is Mark's question to himself here.
Finally, the poster "Starry Night" is so beautifully quoted but not as good as Van Gogh. Liar.
