For a certain function and purpose, each element forms a whole according to a certain connection! In the system, it is not necessary for all elements to be perfect, it is only necessary to use people's strengths to achieve the goal as a whole. This is very similar to Cao Cao's employment strategy: meritocracy! It is also similar to when Qian Xuesen made rockets. Although many parts made in China at that time were not accurate enough, he achieved the goal as a whole from a system perspective. What this inspires us is: from a system perspective, even though we may not be perfect in some aspects, we can still get what we want through reasonable use of resources and capabilities.
3. It doesn't make sense to do things that are not difficult.
Billy mentioned that "it doesn't make sense to do things that are not sleepy." This is very similar to a truth I heard before: if everyone finds something difficult, then it is the easiest, because everyone finds it difficult, so they are reluctant to do it.
