A story about redemption

The film tells a story about redemption. The background is set in Mexico, where kidnappings were frequent in those years. The male protagonist played by Denzel Washington was originally a retired special forces soldier who had killed many people and retired. Relying on drunkenness, unable to free herself from the shadows of the year, she later met a little girl and was infected by it. However, the little girl was still kidnapped. In order to find out the murderer behind the scenes, the male protagonist started a long road of revenge. In the end, he found that the initiator of the whole thing was the little girl's father. When he finally found out that the little girl was still alive, he resolutely exchanged his life for the little girl's life, which showed us the responsibility of the male protagonist, and Denzel Washington's acting skills were impeccable.
