In my impression, Robin Hood should be carrying a bow and arrow through the forest, coming and going without a trace. He would get the nobles and officials while talking and laughing, and distribute treasures to the poor, a relaxed and vivid character. But this Robin Hood is an exact replica of a gladiator, chanting freedom and democracy, a man of nobility, a man out of vulgar taste, not a simple thief.
