No one is born with moral blood or sinful hands, it depends on what we are dealing with

I remember watching TV when I was a child, and I always wanted to distinguish between good and bad characters in the play to help me understand. But after living for half a lifetime, I actually found that this is a very wrong question, because it misled the questioner's understanding of life and people.
No one is born with moral blood or sinful hands, depending on what we are dealing with.
The screenwriter of the film should be familiar with the Superman series, because the beginning of the film is obviously a faithful imitation + alternative interpretation of the Superman story. At the beginning of the plot, it was the protagonist's rivalry with Mr. "Stronger than Others".
Mr. "Better than Others" robbed the birthplace of the protagonist - a wealthy American family, and the protagonist was squeezed into the [Metropolitan Prison]. Mr. "Better than Others" grew up along the ideal path in the eyes of many Chinese parents, while our protagonist has become an out-and-out problem child who can only pass the time with the pet his parents left him. The protagonist is very sad. Every time he tries to be a good boy, he is always regarded as a bad boy. Over time, the "bad boy" finally discovered one of his strengths that others can't surpass - being a bad guy. The entire growth history of the protagonist is a bit like the little fish in "Peerless Double Pride", who grew up in the Valley of the Wicked and was deeply nurtured. In the end, he inherited the mantle of the criminal uncle in the prison and embarked on the path of "bad guy" with personal characteristics.
The so-called "to be a bad guy, you have to start with a baby", the protagonist's ideological awareness is very fast, and soon "do a line, love a line". In the end, the protagonist became megamind, and Mr. "Better than others" became superman. In the struggle between megamind and superman, megamind has been defeated repeatedly, and the two maintain a strange balance. Until one time, magamind accidentally killed superman, and the balance was broken. magamind was happy, but the joy didn't last long, as he felt more of loneliness, emptiness and boredom. The great joy only lasts for a short time when one has achieved what one has fought for all his life, and it is not as fun as struggling with failure. As Megamind once sighed: "What's the point of doing evil without a hero to stop it?" Magemind brewed a lot of great evil plans, but without superman to stop these great evil plans, there is no chance to show them. At this time, megamind would like to have a reset button to restore everything to the previous days - repeatedly fighting against his excellent opponent superman, although they all ended in failure.
Once, when megamind remembered superman, he was reminded by beauty reporter Roxanne, "Heroes are not born. They are made." So, megamind worked hard to create a new superman through superman's DNA, which is Hal. However, a series of chance encounters make magamind fall in love with Roxanne, for which he even wants to abandon his career (be a bad guy). For Roxanne, magamind paid a lot, but he could only disguise himself as Bernard. And Hal also loves Roxanne deeply, after Hal's rejection to Roxanne, the new superman starts to develop in the direction of the bad guy. The good guys and the bad guys begin to switch roles with each other, though the process involves both joy and pain, loss and discovery for everyone involved. After many exchanges, Bernard, who was disguised by megamind, became "the only normal person in this crazy world" in her heart. At this time, megamind experienced unspeakable feelings, joy and helplessness came together. Complicated and real choices allow this one-time "bad guy" to experience life itself.
A technical blunder ruins a candlelit dinner, and Roxanne discovers that Bernard turns out to be a megamind. At this time, the two people who are in love are no longer facing a simple multiple-choice question. Love has changed megamind, and it has given Roxanne a new understanding of megamind.
Hal goes astray, megamind begs Roxanne to help him find superman's flaws to fight against Hal who has superman DNA, only to stumble upon the fact that superman isn't dead. It turned out that superman had been a city protector for half his life and felt physically exhausted, so he used a suspended animation to get himself out, and then hid in a small place happily doing what he thought was a "musician".
At this time, Hal is brutally ruling the city, superman is reclusive, megamind has amnesia in the workplace and ran to the prison to hide, only Roxanne and Hal are right or wrong. As a result, Hal kidnaps Roxanne, and megamind, inspired by the woman he loves, summons the courage to face Hal. In the end, megamind beat Hal back to the prototype with luck and persistence, and won the heart of Roxanne.

The plot is old and new, although there are inevitably many clichés, but you have to admit that for ordinary people who are willing to spend money, such clichés are also wanted. Coupled with the animation performance of dream works, it can be said that this is a good lighthearted comedy.

Megamind quotes

  • Megamind: Who is this man infused with god-like powers?

Minion: Well sir, his name is Hal Stewart. He's 28 years old, no criminal records... Actually, no records at all. Apparently this man hasn't accomplished anything.

Megamind: Not yet, Minion. Not yet!

  • Megamind: Hal Shtuart! Destiny has summoned you to heroics! Hal Shtuart? Am... Am I saying it right, Minion?

    Minion: It's "Stewart", sir.

Hal: Is this a robbery? Because the lady across the hall has way better stuff!
