21 Grams evaluation action

The film is just a statement about sad fate, it shows how weak and strong we can be; sometimes, it is not difficult to abandon 21 grams, but life is like this: loneliness, exhaustion, fatal injury, unsustainable progress , And the hands stretched out across from each other, the body that is close to each other, the mind that depends on each other.
On the whole, Ina is trying to go upward. This proposition and the difficulty of realizing this proposition itself make this film an excellent work.
The film tells us that the weight of a person will suddenly lose 21 grams at the moment of death, which is the weight of the soul. Because it is too light, it is often ignored. I really don’t want many people to lose 21 grams of weight when they are alive.

21 Grams quotes

  • Reverend John: Jesus didn't come to free us from pain. He came to give us the strength to bear it.

  • [last lines]

Paul Rivers: How many lives do we live? How many times do we die? They say we all lose 21 grams... at the exact moment of our death. Everyone. And how much fits into 21 grams? How much is lost? When do we lose 21 grams? How much goes with them? How much is gained? How much is gained? Twenty-one grams. The weight of a stack of five nickels. The weight of a hummingbird. A chocolate bar. How much did 21 grams weigh?
