In 1998, New York journalist Briskie came to Calcutta's red light district to shoot something about prostitutes, but she found that the children in the red light district were the ones who needed more attention. The children took a keen interest in her and her camera, so she organized a photography class focused on children, gave them some cameras, and trained the children. Although they live in harsh environments, they are still full of sunshine and hope. The eight little protagonists in the film take cameras to record the world around them. Whether it's the corner of the block or the children's slapstick, it's so natural and real. If it is not explained, no one will think that these real and impactful photos are from the hands of teenagers in the red light district, and they have also slowly changed their lives through photography. In the end, some children insist on staying in boarding school, determined to break away from the past and create their own future. However, some children cannot escape the cruel reality due to personality and family reasons, and eventually return to their previous lives.
