Brave positive view

Movies have the usual good and awakening value of Disney Pixar. The action scenes are rich, but not too hot, and the whole is warm and touching. Even compared with Disney’s past classic works, "Brave" has reached a very high level in visual effects. Most importantly, the film successfully created an image of a rare heroine.
Few movies are as fascinating and persuasive as "Brave" in the portrayal of family relationships. The film is sincere and not ostentatious, which makes people immersed in it. Although not all the bridge sections are satisfactory, and even surprised that it is just a story with such a small structure, it is still warm and full of connotation on the whole.
Although "Brave" is not as humorous and interesting as Pixar used to be, it still maintains the high standard of the film. The film firmly grasps the emotional core of the mother-daughter relationship, which makes the other details attached to this story true and unpretentious. There is no doubt that "Brave" will be one of the outstanding animations of the year.

A thin story, it should be Pixar's most insignificant animation. So the end of the film wrote: This film is dedicated to Steve jobs, I thought to myself, Jobs will be angry.

Four stars for three little tricks. This year's Pixar movie is disappointing. I always feel that the style of narrating fairy tales is more like Disney's work, and the many joys, bright colors, and full of creativity like Invincible Destruction King should be Pixar's work. Pixar, are you swollen?

Brave quotes

  • [first lines]

Queen Elinor: Where are you? Come out! Come out! Come on out! I'm coming to get you!

[Young Merida laughs as she hides under the table]

Queen Elinor: Where are you, you little rascal? I'm coming to get you!

[Elinor looks under the table but Merida quickly moves to hide somewhere else]

Queen Elinor: Hmm. Where is my little birthday girl, hm? I'm going to gobble her up when I find her!

[Merida comes up behind Elinor and goes to run away but Elinor catches her]

    Queen Elinor: Eat you!

[as Elinor and young Merida play, Fergus places his bow on the table]

Queen Elinor: Ach! Fergus, no weapons on the table!

Young Merida: Can I shoot an arrow?

[picks up the large bow from the table]

Young Merida: Can I? Can I? Can I? Can I? Please, can I?

[falls and laughs as the bow is too big for her]

King Fergus: Not with that. Why not use your very own?

[presents her with a small bow]

King Fergus: Happy birthday, my wee darlin'!

  • Princess Merida: Mum, you'll never guess what I did today!

Queen Elinor: [not really listening] Mmm-hmm?

Princess Merida: I climbed up the Crone's Tooth and drank from the Fire Falls.

[Hamish, Hubert and Harris look at her in awe]

King Fergus: The Fire Falls, eh? They say only the ancient kings were brave enough to drink the fire.
