"Extinction" is a B-level movie with a blockbuster style. It is not very entertaining, the special effects of the film are very cheap, and the action effects are not satisfactory. It relies on the numbing gunfight scenes, only when Peter and his family try to escape safely. In an apartment building, it creates a rare sense of horror. The film provides a main action character for Michael Anthony Peña. By kicking, hitting, stab and shooting some aliens, it injects a little bit of fun into this dull little story. "Extinction" has a sense of tension, but this is not a thrilling movie, but a single-track movie. There is not much pursuit, but it is not that charming
