After "House of Cards" (House of Cards), the network tycoon Netflix's original drama plan added a new drama: the Terror series "Hemlock Grove Season" directed by Eli Roth (Eli Roth) directed by " Hostel " "1" (Hemlock Grove) has been pre-ordered and will be available online on Netflix in April 2013.
The series is based on the Terror novel of the same name by Brian McGreevy. When " The Walking Dead " and " American Horror Story " led the Terror story craze, Netflix launched a 13-episode Terror series at this time. The film is starred by actress Famke Beumer Janssen (Famke Janssen), who has participated in many R-rated Terror films, and rookie Bill Skarsgard (Bill Skarsgard, younger brother of Alexander Skarsgard ).
The story is set in a dilapidated steel town in Pennsylvania. A young girl was found dead in a place that was originally a steel mill. The locals suspect that the murderer was Roman, Olivia's son. Famick and Skarsgard will play the mother and son.
The play mainly explores the nature of monsters based on the darkest miracles we know, Puberty's deception, and greedy relationships. McGreevy’s "Hemlock Grove Season 1" brought in Eli Roth , who was well-known for filming "Hostel" and starring in " Inglourious Basterds ", to take the shot , both bold and reasonable. He will also work with his partner Lee Shipman to write the screenwriter for a future movie "Harker" about the vampire Dracula.
"Hemlock Grove Season 1" is Netflix 's third original series. The other two are " House of Cards " and "Lilyhammer" which has already been broadcast. Of Kevin Spacey and Davey, Finch cooperation of "House of Cards" is also on the line in early 2013.
