Although the crew got permission to enter the Lincoln Memorial to shoot, the Park Service did not want the shooting to hinder the audience's visit, so the crew had to limit the shooting. And when shooting at the National Archives of the United States, there are more restrictions, because very few people are allowed to enter the archives with movie cameras, not to mention the crew of the crew. In order to solve the problem of limited shooting, the crew built a lot of scenes based on reality. Among them, to set up a scene where the "Declaration of Independence" was stolen, the crew had entered the National Archives for on-site surveys, because the archives were being renovated at that time, and the crew even got the renderings after the renovation. Of course, the real "Declaration of Independence" was not allowed to be filmed due to preservation and safety reasons, so the crew recruited experts to complete a copy. After finishing the shooting in Washington, the crew went on to film in Philadelphia. After repeated consultations with the person in charge, the crew was fortunate to be allowed to shoot in the Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Tower.
