"Ondine" is a fable dressed in fantasy, and everything it tells is based on reality, about love, hope, and belief in the unthinkable. It is a pity that the film is not as exciting as the real gossip. The slow rhythm and depressing atmosphere of the film are a test for the audience.
The film contains elements of traditional western fairy tales, and it is made into a fantasy theme with a bright appearance, but the result is not very attractive. The unconventional operation can be described as quite thorough. Neil Jordan plays a mystical style, and the story makes people a little drowsy, and it is difficult to find the affinity of the past. The photography is a bit special, and the film's soundtrack is well done, but it's just that these hardware advantages are hard to integrate into a slightly boring body. But in such a bland and somewhat procrastinated film, they can only be refreshed by relying on them.
