The film tells the story of two feuding neighbors whose impossible brotherhood turns into an unexpected friendship when one of their feuding neighbors is diagnosed with terminal cancer . Faced with sudden death, the two brothers (who played a game called Paddleton where the winner could make a claim) decided to travel. However, their literal journey turns into a metaphorical one as their experiences reveal the true bond of friendship - and what that means between the two men using humor to avoid expressing any real emotion
