During the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union , the war between the two countries was on the verge of breaking out. The moderates, dominated by the president of the United States, planned to sign an agreement with the Soviet Union to abolish nuclear weapons. However, the top military commander Scott believed that this was treason, so he planned a coup and tried to assassinate the president. Jiggs Casey is a marine colonel, he discovered the general's conspiracy and plan, and finally confessed to the world.
