There are some impressive action scenes in the film, but there is nothing else to recommend. The budget is too low, resulting in blurry and unrealistic images in the film. Stephen Dorff has too much charm in the film, but his role is too thin, and even Tom Hanks can't give him life, and the performance of other actors is not remarkable. British actor Bruce Martyn Payne's American accent in the film is ridiculously ridiculous, like Arp who tried to cover up his Indian accent in "The Simpsons", and Steven Berkoff's performance was too noisy and was one of the film's biggest flaws.
