Looks better than expected. This is basically the story of an American government that ruined itself because of all kinds of bureaucracy and infighting. At the same time, the fight against terrorism from the original war of good and evil was fabricated into an ideological war because of arrogance, which led to this hateful story. Personal evaluation: B+

The true story is adapted from the book "Murder of the Giant Tower", which is a typical bureaucratic infighting and internal friction, providing a vivid case of "no water can't be poured into the needle can't penetrate it". In the film, Detective Su Fan, an FBI from the Middle East, went to the Middle East to handle a case. All kinds of encounters and experiences are intriguing. Rice and the CIA (the latter deserved it) took all the blame for 911, and they tended to cleanse Bush Jr.
