"The New Mutants" tells the storyline of dealing with emerging forces from an interesting aspect, using the concept of puberty as a grand metaphor to metaphor people's uncontrollable changes and unexplainable behaviors. The film is really trying to give the audience a sense of reality and sensitivity to issues such as abuse, mental health, and self-doubt. These modifications are not just to add interest, but are well integrated into the core of the story. The fear in the film is not so creepy as it is textured and covered by the characters. Everyone's fear and anxiety are expressed as part of the storyline. In addition to a large number of CGI special effects, there is still enough content in the film to make the audience feel reasonable, rather than purely showing an exotic atmosphere   .
