The leader of the four robbers is a middle-aged man named Bernard Reid, who planned the hijacking of the subway, and he had already planned for a long time. The whole action has been rehearsed and conceived many times, so it can be regarded as a perfect fit. It's just that he met Gabo, an anomaly that he hadn't considered before.
Reid ordered Gabo to negotiate on behalf of the subway. In the constant chatting and contact, Reid also learned that Gabo was being investigated. He seemed to be ready to use this to let Gabo serve him. The reckless police Started to prepare to rescue the hostages, but the scheming Reid resolved the police rescue plan. In order to warn the police, he shot and killed the hostages. Gabo understood Reid’s madness, but with his familiarity with the subway system, Gabo also began to consider how to resolve this crisis on his own.

Not up to Tony Scott's level. It is estimated that DW is also here to make soy sauce, at best, it is just a high level of soy sauce.

The Taking of Pelham 123 quotes

  • Ryder: You know we all owe God a debt... and I'm a man who pays his debts. Are you a man who pays his debts?

Walter Garber: Yeah, yeah, sure... TV, cable, uh and my mortgage. That's a little like dying once a month.

Ryder: Oh, you're married... you're a married man?

    Walter Garber: Maybe.

Ryder: Oh, no... you're married, man. Married men have mortgages.

  • Walter Garber: Well, I can tell you that you are dealing with one of the old-time bureaucracy, I know that. I mean, it takes time.

Ryder: Well you'd better fix the bureaucracy. Because when the time comes, these motherfuckers, these out there, are gonna go real quick.
