Stoneand Watersare two unknown police officers. They do boring administrative work all day and earn extra money by selling civil service examination information. When Stone heard that a heroin dealer had paid a high bail, the two friends came up with the idea of the cash. After a lot of hard work, they followed a clue to the vault hidden in the freezer of the small grocery store. They planned to grab this vault and divide up everything in it. But when they figured out what was in the vault, it was too late.
