Although he has created countless amazing inventions, Wallace (voiced by Peter Sallis) is facing the dilemma of making ends meet. For this reason, he decided to rent out the vacant room. Soon the tenant came to the door, and the visitor was a silent penguin. One day, the machine pants Wallace gave to Dog A Gao seemed to have caught the attention of Penguins. In the days that followed, Penguin showed great hospitality, which made Ago feel cold, so he packed up his bags and ran away from home on a rainy night. But Agao accidentally discovered that the penguin was actually wanted by the police. At the same time, Penguin used the machine pants to start his criminal plan.
