Dracula: Do you believe in fate?
I believe.
It was fate that caused Dracula to lose her beloved wife, and thus became an enemy of the church, and led people to live with brutality.
After four hundred years of not seeing each other, Mina still sheds Elisabeta's blood. She remembered the river that contained her life. The blood was dazzling, and it was the intensity of her sacrificial love. When the prince reappeared, she, who was already a wife, was still moved by him.
Vampires must confuse people before they can suck blood. Like Lucy, the soul is unsheathed and out of control. This is the same ugliness of human nature as Dracula's bloodlust and hatred. Only with a righteous and kind will will not be swayed. For example, the professor who was temporarily confused by Mina (Old Anthony is so handsome *o*) finally thought of protecting Mina and regained his senses.
In the end, we can't escape the arrest of fate and become a meal offering, a tribute to ourselves, or the past and the future.
