The line about Kennedy

President Kennedy has a classic saying: "Ask not what your country has done for you, ask yourself what you have done for your country". Prosecutor Jim Garrison believed in this sentence and chose to search for the truth without hesitation. Defending America's legal order in America's darkest days. Perhaps, many times, we will find that the results of our efforts are unexpected. Just as the mafia, which has left countries scratching their heads, has almost disappeared under fascist rule. The democratic system that people have worked hard for has become a hotbed for the mafia, while the fascists with notorious deeds are the nemesis of the plague-like mafia. This seems to be a joke of history. This may be because we always regard a certain point as the end point. It seems that at that moment, everything will be fine and it can be done once and for all, but it never occurred to us that there is no end point at all, everything is on the way. As Tagore said, we misread the world, but say the world deceives us. The rule of law society is on the way for every country, only in progress, but not in completion. This thought-provoking film is just reminding us that every court police officer must make his own efforts and make greater contributions to the improvement of the rule of law society with faith in the rule of law!

The last speech was very touching. Show the word this is still a government of the people for the people and by the people!

2014/5/30: The courtroom conclusion is tearful, almost like a ray of light, piercing the haze over the city near the 535 incident; 2021/2/27: The conspiracy/investigation narrative offers its spontaneous politics. The direct political positivation of good detectives and the plea to replace the rotten machine with a healthy state is given to the mass police, and to a rigged and carefully directed mass. The production of fiction is an immediate (doxa) political consensus (doxa), and the crime story seems to be a pure fiction of a claim to power.

JFK quotes

  • Jim Garrison: About as subtle as a cockroach crawlin' across a white rug!

  • X: As early as 1961, they knew Kennedy was not going to go to war in South-East Asia. Like Caesar, he is surrounded by enemies, and something's underway, but it has no face, yet everybody in the loop knows.
