My friend said that this is an anti-fairy tale movie.

I have a book about cult movies, and Pan is one of them. The little girl stood in front of the dining table, opposite the little monster with her hands covering her face, her eyes in her palms, looking at me, she was innocent. It was adorable at that time. What a great imagination?
So I thought, this is a story full of such strange and cute things.

After watching the movie, I realized that the dark part is not the magic part, but the reality part. Those cruel shots made me feel like a little monster in a secret room, reaching out to cover my eyes. On the contrary, in Pan God's world, demons and ghosts are not scary, saving hopeless reality.

A very thought-provoking film and a series of metaphors. Many times we are willing to talk about society and politics, but if we are really involved in the torrent of history, will we be as noble as we imagined? The final dialogue in the fairy tale "Are you willing to abandon your theocracy for this unknown boy?" "I do." But in reality, there is no god.

The setting of two intersecting worldviews in the same world structure is very delicate, but unfortunately the expression tension of the two worlds is obviously insufficient. The so-called projections and metaphors are even more unclear, even if you understand the original so-called The intention can only show that such a technique and connotation are really unsatisfactory. There has always been no love for magical themes, perhaps because the magic that humans can express is too low-end.
