Good and evil are not a zero-sum game

Sam Raimi's works are not scary at all. I think the biggest attraction of this movie is the intriguing ending: Christine is a representative of all the office workers who are struggling in the city, but the ending is pulled into hell, why? On the other hand, if you want to avoid the ending of the movie, or to avoid going to hell, you have to be cautious, you have to act according to your conscience, not the system; you have to do your best to help those in need; of course, such moral standards are in good faith. There is no problem in the ideal, but it is too harsh in today's society! Living in a modern city with competition as the core, everyone is striving for a better position and greater interests for themselves is openly approved by the society. In today's society's moral standards, not intentionally harming others is considered a good person. Climbing up is synonymous with progress. The moral standard of means drops under the pressure of competition. The commercial society has its own pure material morality, self-interest is hidden under the rules of the game, and greed has a high-sounding face. A lot of repentance and good deeds stem from fear, not inner compassion. If so many supernatural things didn't happen, would Christine regret it so much and go back to the old lady? Kindness often turns into negative in the face of fear, especially when survival is threatened. She said that if she loves pets, she doesn't kill living beings, didn't she kill her own pet kittens in order to survive under fear? So the ending shows that no matter what the parties' intentions are, there is a natural decision in the dark, and good and evil cannot play a zero-sum game. In addition, the love movie is also well portrayed in the limited space.

There are no subtitles on the foreign teacher’s class. It’s hard to watch with screaming.
