Just moved by some small details.

One of them is probably the wife said, you are going to do what you should do now, but this family is short of a gallon of milk, you have to promise me that you will bring a gallon of milk back.
Then I ran away in tears, and my friends laughed at me and said that your tears were so low. . Yes ==
I really thought I would say "I love you" very seriously and affectionately.
As a result, Garber couldn't help but laugh when he replied that I only brought half a gallon.
Even he himself admits that it is not love, marriage is another matter.
But such a warm dialogue makes me feel really moved. . .
Well, what's wrong with my low tears! !

The second is the tears that came out of Garber's eyes when he was forced to admit that he had accepted a bribe.
Being forced like that, the expression of a man when he was almost at its extreme.
In the face of all the questions and accusations, in the most critical time...

the third is the black man who saved the mother and child hostages and said before his death, "This is the plan I came up with." Then stood in front of Ryder's muzzle without hesitation...
you are too great. .

The fourth is the conversation in the car between the two police escorting money.
--So much money, it doesn't matter if we take part of it, anyway, they won't count it down
--then the ending will only be dead, and in the
end, the scene of racing in the city will be staged.
Was hit, overturned, and finally almost missed it. .

Washington played quite well, especially the mood when he was pushed to the extreme.
John Travolta played in Wu Yusen's "Face Fighter" that year, I think it's so handsome. And this time Ryder made me feel so embarrassed. . .
Forget who said it, John Travolta is really a supporting actor for ten thousand years ==
What's the matter, other supporting actor can also act very well.

Well, the plot is unexpectedly compact, so compact that I feel that I have been "PUSH" by the plot all the time. .
I thought it was just a pure heroic movie, but it probably talked about something.
At the end, when the mayor said: "I would like to thank you "personally" on behalf of me, this city will give you back", suddenly such an English sentence popped up in his mind.
There always have some colors in the city we don't know. So do the world.

PS, the last thing to say is that "fuck" can be said so smoothly. = =

I finally finished watching the film after so long. DW acted very cute and silly, JT was much more bland in comparison, and there was no tension or expectation after the plot, except for just using the next city, nothing Great scene!

After the second brush, I feel that the story is too superficial. The theme is about the black government, but it is not convincing in terms of characterization. The typical Hollywood narrative stops abruptly where it can be deepened. The control of the scene is more mature than before, and the second time is smoother than the first time.

The Taking of Pelham 123 quotes

  • Ryder: Now you understand commodities, don't you? You know, pork bellies, gold, light crude.

Walter Garber: Listen. No disrespect, but maybe I'm not the guy you should be talking to.

Ryder: Oh no, you are exactly the guy I wanna talk to. Now I want you to look at the ticker and I want you to tell me what is the going rate for a New York City hostage today. You think a million dollars is too much? I do. I think it's corny. Now get your calculator out. You got one?

Ryder: [Garber hesitates] Do you have a calculator?

Walter Garber: Yeah, we got one. I got one.

Ryder: Okay, good. Now add this up. You got $526,315.79. That's $526,315.79 Now times that by 19. What do you get?

Walter Garber: [looks at calculator] That's $10 million?

    Ryder: What do you get?

Walter Garber: That comes out to $10 million plus 1 cent.

Ryder: Oh that is a deal. Now I want you to call the mayor and tell him the price. And then you tell him I want it in 100,000 $100 dollar bills. You got that?

Walter Garber: Okay I got that. What about the 1 cent?

Ryder: Well you keep that 1 cent. It's your broker fee.

  • Ryder: Put Garber on the line!

Camonetti: To be honest, Mr. Garber has gone home.

Ryder: Put Garber on the fucking line or I'll kill the motorman!

Camonetti: I guarantee you, Mr. Ryder, that I am the best person for you to be talking to right now. Just give me a moment and I'll explain why.

Ryder: [to Jerry] You were always going to be the first one to go.

    [shoots Jerry several times]

Ryder: Mr. Camonetti, you have 60 fucking seconds before I kill another, okay?
