"The Operator" Larry
"The Cable Guy" Li, whose real name is Daniel Lawrence Whitney, is a famous American comedian, but his stage name "Larry the Operator" is better known to the audience. He was born on February 17, 1963 in Pawnee, Nebraska. In the TV stage play "Blue-collar Comedy Journey" and the comedy sketch series "Blue-collar TV" have a good performance. "A Blue Collar Comedy Journey" garnered unprecedented ratings, and Whitney rose from a little-known role to a household TV star in the United States.
At the age of 16, Whitney moved with his family to West Palm Beach, Florida, where he attended Florida Monarch College. Larry's father, a missionary, was the principal of an elementary school near Sovereign College. Whitney joined the Academy Band, and since 1985 he has been talking cross talk with friends. Encouraged by friends, he continued to pursue his career at a comedy club in Blue Springs, Missouri. In 1991, Larry was invited to pretend to be an operator and began to host a radio talk show. In 12 years, he did 27 radio shows, so he won the nickname "Ace Operator".
The real-life Whitney is not well known to the outside world. Because he rarely talks about the film's characters in public, he has published several autobiographies describing his fictional life in "Larry the Operator." In a report on 60 Cents, reporter Bob Simon showed Whitney's usually easygoing lifestyle: "Unlike many of the comedians the 60 Cents crew had seen before, Larry did not He's angry, not depressed, or paranoid. He's a hard-working, high-confidence, carefree happy bug."
Whitney now lives in Sanford, Florida, and he also owns real estate in Lincoln, Nebraska. Whitney is the big fortune of the University of Nebraska football team (he bought a fancy box at Memorial Stadium). His wife's name is Kara, and his son Wyatt was born on August 2, 2006.
