I'm ashamed to say, I just finished watching "Capote" just now, and I stopped after watching it for ten minutes in 2006 because it was so weird. This director is really scary. Most of the films are very close to dreams, but his works are very close to the heart, and they are extremely accurate and impressive. Hoffman looks like Leonardo mixed with Jack Nixon, and his performance in it has gone beyond textbooks and is an obsessive performance. The first scene made me look stupid.
