I'm just playing on the topic

I just looked at the comments in general, and everyone is arguing about the ending. Is it really mentally ill, or being mentally ill, or has an open ending? Actually, that doesn't matter to me. Of course, I have to mention that I prefer an open ending.
My comment is mainly based on the topic. If the whole story is really mentally ill, what will it be like? That must be a story full of Chinese characteristics.
Whether the protagonist is really mentally ill or is mentally ill, this movie shows us that it is easy and very feasible to create a mentally ill. If the institution makes you mentally ill, you will probably have a mental illness, so I suggest setting this movie as a patriotic education movie for primary and secondary schools, which is very educational for some young people with wrong thoughts. Because young people watched Zhang Side and Lei Feng, they might not necessarily go back to serve the people. But watching this movie, they must not risk being mentally ill doing something that could be mentally ill.
Finally, let me say that the version I watched was probably the version that came out of the R5 area. The subtitle translation was too difficult for me to understand. In many cases, I had to pause and go back to listen to what was said in English. There is also the guy who translated the part of cd2, always called by the marshal of the marshal, the proofreading should actually be corrected. . .
All in all, it's a good movie, and at the end of the day, maybe a triumph for the novel.

  • Rachel 2: You're smarter than you look, Marshall. That's probably not a good thing.

  • Warden: [Leaning across the jeep to Teddy as he lets him out] If I was to sink my teeth into your eye right now, would you be able to stop me before I blinded you?

Teddy Daniels: [Wryly] Give it a try.

    Warden: That's the spirit!

    [He smiles]
