The film is adapted from a true story. The story takes place on October 3, 1993. The location is in the politically turbulent African country, the capital of Somalia: Mogadishu. All the officers and soldiers on one of the black hawks died on the spot, and the pilot of the other black hawk fell into the Somali army's control area. The US military isolated on the streets of Mogadishu is anxiously waiting for the rescue force on the one hand, and on the other hand, it has to find a way to rescue the teammates on the Black Hawk.
The night gradually fell. In a hostile city, this small group of US troops is like a lone boat in the midst of wind and rain, and it will be destroyed at any time. The U.S. commando with fewer than a hundred people must resist the fierce attack of more than 5,000 Somali soldiers. Under the tense situation where the number and firepower are 50 times different, an inevitable battle is launched. They fought fierce battles with the Somali army. As a result, 19 people were killed in the US army, 73 people were injured, and hundreds of people in the Somali army were killed. Piles of bullet shells were scattered on the battlefield.
