Juarez in Mexico, the first time I knew it, Baidu, as shown in the movie, is the capital of crime. A city of 1.3 million people, the urban appearance and infrastructure are not as good as those of domestic towns and villages. It is in sharp contrast with the bird's-eye view of Chicago. It is dusty and reminds of the scene seen in Kathmandu, Nepal, but the security is worse. The movie in 2006, when the United States was still actively promoting the North American Free Trade Agreement, globalization was in full swing, no one would have thought that 10 years later, when Trump came to power, reverse operations, and even border wall construction, the world will change! Day and night factories, neon flashing red light districts, dilapidated slums, luxurious local tyrants manors and foreign-related hotels. I haven’t been to Vietnam, but Cambodia has gone to Angkor Wat. Tourists are always looking at the flowers, and they can’t see the real local society.

She turned away from the man and reunited with the changing women workers.

Lauren Adrian: It isn't free trade! It's slave trade! It's a goddamn scam, and everybody is making too much money to give a shit about these women!
-
Eva Jimenez: [putting a Mexican flower clip in Lauren's newly-dyed black hair] Now you look like me.
