Wood persuaded Bella Le Gussy, an old-fashioned, uncreative and drug-addicted star, to star in the play. Wood himself played a Glen or Glenda who was known somewhere, but hidden under his pseudonym was "Daniel Davis"[1]. Wood's girlfriend, Dolores Fuller as Glen's girlfriend. Fuller didn't know Wood was transvestite at the time. And the film doesn't give her a full explanation, but when she's ready, Wood is expertly donning women's clothing. Only in a full screen of work is it really shown, and Fuller claims to be humiliated by experience. It's also the only film directed by Ed Wood but not produced by him.
At the end of the film, included in the disc and DVD version, when Fuller hands over her angora sweater, the scene is different from when it first aired. When it aired for the first time, she angrily threw the sweater to Wood at the end. When it aired for the first time, it showed her too trusting expression. There is a scene where Wood's mouth shows a "card!" shape when he is dressed in the opposite sex.
