Jaws Media Evaluation

Compared with the original work, the film has modified Gwent’s fate and several key underwater scenes, but from the final film product, these modifications are completely reasonable. It can be seen that the shooting of "Jaws" was not rushed.
This is the first film about monsters directed by the great director Steven Spielberg. With this film, Steven Spielberg has proved to people that he can create and maintain a high degree of tension and suspense. He also confidently promised that although the great white shark did not appear in full shot during the nearly 90 minutes of the film, it could still make the audience restless.
There are very few shots of great white sharks in the film, but it is the director's exquisite layout, proper rendering and wonderful interpretation of the actors, which perfectly express the film's horror effect and present the audience a perfect horror meal.

The plot is simple, but Lao Si made it so wonderful! The rhythm is right, the wind is trembling, and the soundtrack is even more exciting. These are all kung fu! The story of changing another person may be horrible to tell. This film is still fascinating to this day. It shows that the technical special effects are not as important as imagined. It depends on the quality of your book and the director's control ability...

How come it feels so ugly now. I used to think it looked so good. Sure enough, people's aesthetics are improving. ~

Jaws quotes

  • Quint: [on board the Orca] Goddamn women today, they can't handle nothin'. Young girls just ain't quite smart... like their grandmothers were!

Ellen Brody: [on the dock] Gotta be Quint.

    Brody: Colorful, isn't he?

  • Brody: [to Quint after getting his first good look at the great white shark up close while chumming] You're gonna need a bigger boat.
