Three-and-a-half stars, most movies based on famous novels in the 1940s and 1950s are star-making movements, but David Lean's Oliver Twist is still very conscientious. The lighting set has a classic beauty, and the British atmosphere of the streets of London is also reflected. The shortcomings are often seen in old movies. The plots are incoherent, and the actors' performances are too dramatic, but the eyes of the young actors in this film are very good.
