Casey, a female inspector of the Ministry of Finance, was responsible for escorting a batch of 600 million US dollars of dilapidated currency to the shredder for processing, but encountered a rare Category 5 hurricane disaster, and a group of heavily armed thieves wanted to take advantage of the wind after the residents were all evacuated.
