Salieri failed in his mouth

I am not a classical music fanatic or expert, so I cannot make any comments on the musical connotation of this film. But I have been obsessed with the films of these musicians since I was a child. I always feel that through the lives of these people, I can bring you into a magical place. Watching them burst out with wonderful sparks and make an immortal masterpiece. People are inexplicably excited.
Although this film is called "The Biography of Mozart", it started with Salieri. It is not so much about the various aspects of Mozart's life, but the most important thing in this film is the word'genius'.
The director also repeatedly told Salieri that he was not inferior to him, but that Mozart was chosen by God. Therefore, Salieri also betrayed the God he trusted the most.
Why was Salieri not chosen by God?
It cannot be said that Salieri is not talented, Salieri is talented, he has become an imperial composer with his own power, and has been appreciated by everyone. Moreover, he is devout to music and his musical attainments are also very deep; in the second half of the film, only Salieri can truly appreciate Mozart, and he regrets the indirect killing of Mozart, this great musical genius for life. This is enough to see how much he loves music.
Salieri has talent, Mozart also has talent, Salieri loves music, and Mozart also loves music. What is it that makes such a big difference between them?
The difference is reflected in the following two fragments.
At the beginning of the film, Salieri shut himself in the house. The two servants wanted Salieri to open the door, so they tricked Salieri to open the door as if to persuade a child.
They said, "Mr. Salieri, open the door and be good. This is something we prepared specially for you, and you will love it." Then the thin and tall man took out a snack and dipped it with cream and deliberately smacked his lips. "Well, it's delicious, believe me, this is the best thing I have eaten in my life, you don't know what you missed." At this time, there was a scream from the room, and the two servants opened the door and saw nothing but white Salieri fell in a pool of blood...
When Mozart went to Vienna to play music for the first time, Salieri rushed to see this genius with great interest. As he walked, he wondered what Mozart looked like. He looked at the crowd around him, thinking that this genius wouldn't be able to spot it by himself in the crowd. But he couldn't find it. They were all ordinary people. He came to a corridor and saw court servants in uniform walking into a room carrying plates of exquisite snacks. Salieri didn't realize it. He showed a greedy smile, maybe even he himself realized that he was not serious, and immediately suppressed his smile, pretending to be watching something, and when the servants put a snack and walked out, he sneaked in...
these two The picture can well illustrate the difference between Salieri and Mozart.
Salieri's personal servant must know his character well, so he wanted Salieri to use good food to tempt him when he opened the door. When he saw something delicious, he would put aside everything and ran to eat involuntarily, even if it was stolen. (It may be a bit too much to steal, but it is true.)
Salieri only wanted to make a noble tune and stay forever. He is not a good woman. (When Mozart's beautiful wife went to see him, he didn't do it either... …) Will not be swayed by money. Only unconsciously love to eat, even when composing music, he also loves to put delicious snacks aside.
He committed nothing but the most vulgar sin-gluttony.
On one side is the high degree of purity and beauty that Salieri dreams of in music, on the other side is such a crude gluttony and vice, the contradiction and gap between the two are too huge, as if a deep gap spans between the two. .
On the other hand, Mozart had a romantic nature and a frivolous language, but he never wanted to make very noble music, the subject matter was taken from a place he was familiar with.
From the character and purpose of the two, we can see why Salieri's music is inferior to Mozart.
One is taking local materials and knowing the road easily, and the other is bound by the secular but desperately wanting to be above all else.
There is a saying: hypocrites are inferior to real villains. This sentence is just right for Salieri and Mozart. This of course refers to the music of two people in the movie. Hypocrites are still much better than real villains in life, like Yue Buqun and Salieri.
It may seem that I am a little sophistry, but apart from this point, Salieri is more religious to music than Mozart (not to mention Salieri’s jealousy, Mozart is also very much in the film Reliance on talent and pride.) Then the remaining point of view is only the boring word "genius" with a fateful meaning.
If Salieri's genius is not as good as Mozart's point of view, isn't Salieri too miserable?
