This movie is very cheerful and positive. In fact, it is not so cheerful because it involves a little World War II factor, but today is 520 so I don’t write such heavy things. The movie tells about the heroine is a nun, because she is lively and cute and loves music very much, she looks very different from the solemnity of other nuns. They think that the heroine is not suitable to be a nun, so she should be a tutor first. Teach three mischievous single-parent children. The children’s father is a young military officer. The hostess has used her enthusiasm, liveliness, cuteness and kindness to mix with the children, teaches them music and teaches them to perform shows. The children like her very much.

When I was in high school, I learned English while feeling the picturesque scenery of the film and the beautiful soul of the characters. It's a healthy movie, a high-quality movie, out of a dirty movie!

Very Julie Andrews, although I don't like this classic movie very much, but I still think of the lovely teacher Zhen Fengchao~~~

The Sound of Music quotes

  • Liesl: [upon receiving her first kiss from Rolfe] Wheeeeeeeeeee!

  • Maria: Reverend Mother, I'm sorry. I couldn't help myself. -The hills were beckoning and... the sky was so blue today... and everything was so green and fragrant, I had to be a part of it. The Untersberg led me higher like it wanted me to go through the clouds.

Mother Abbess: Suppose darkness had come and you were lost?

Maria: Mother, I could never be lost up there. That's my mountain. I was brought up on it. It was the mountain that led me to you. When I was a child, I would come down and climb a tree... and look in your garden. I'd see the sisters at work and hear them sing... Which brings me to another transgression, Reverend Mother. I was singing out there today.

Mother Abbess: Only in the abbey do we have rules about postulants singing.

Maria: I can't stop wherever I am. Worse, I can't seem to stop saying things. Everything I think and feel.
