Emilia: The Legend of the Female Flyer

A dream of flying makes a legendary story, and the film deduces the real events of Emilia, a female pilot in the early last century. It not only truly reproduces the thrilling clip of Emilia flying a plane across the Atlantic Ocean alone, but also whitewashes her love story with two men with heavy makeup. Eventually she disappeared during a mission to fly over the Pacific Ocean, which made this heroine be remembered forever by the world, but also sighed and regretted.

In order to arouse the dignity of women in their own country, with such a sense of mission, the film was shot by Indian female director Mira Nair. Even after "The Aviator" didn't achieve the expected success, the female director still resolutely threw herself into filming. Although the crew played with the entire Oscar team, it still failed to get the expected results. Maybe the flying film is the same as driving a car. As long as it is not driving by itself, no matter how others drive it, no one will notice the slightest feeling.

If you're a popcorn fan and an Oscar fan, this movie will leave you speechless. A bunch of Oscar superstars revolve around a plot that does not inspire the slightest passion, although it is a very human story. But it still gives people the feeling of watching Emilia's gorgeous short life indifferently, and what is left in the end is just a story that can be touched.

Emilia is definitely not just about feminism, and, for successful people, people don't just love the moment they succeed.
