The appearance of the elves in the film is changeable, and the people who are imitated include Robert De Niro, Schwarzenegger, Jack Nicholson, and so on. However, some have been deleted, such as fragments imitating John Wayne and former US President Bush.
At the beginning of production, Aladdin was based on Michael J. Fox as the prototype, but later Jeffrey Katzenberg thought that Aladdin's image was not attractive enough for female audiences, so he asked to look more like Tom Cruise.
The image of Jasmine is a mixture of Jennifer Connelly and the sister of the animator who shaped her.
In the original script, Aladdin has three friends, a lord of the ring, and two elves.
In the original legend, Aladdin is Chinese.
When the film was produced, Robin Williams often received calls from Spielberg. That was when he was filming "Schindler's List". He asked Williams to tell a joke, and then put a speaker to the crew to listen to it, in order to enliven the atmosphere and cheer up the spirit. And many of Williams' jokes are what he used in "Aladdin".
