Nelson Mandela, who just ended his jail , successfully ran for the president of South Africa. He led the people to break apart the apartheid system, and took the lead in hiring white guards to establish communication of different colors in all aspects. As the host of the 1995 Rugby World Cup, South Africa returned to the family of international sports.
However, South Africa's rugby team, the Springboks team, whose members are all white, is regarded by many blacks as a synonym for racial discrimination. In order to break the barrier, Mandela took a long-term view and supported the Springboks team's exchanges and games with foreign teams. He met with Pinar, the captain of the Springbok team , and the two had a heart-to-heart conversation. The latter led the white players to visit all parts of South Africa, popularizing rugby to the common people, making this sport a bond of black and white.
