The Alamo evaluation action

Some commentators believe that the director is not careless, but the film is dull and unmoving; some commentators simply say that the film is "rotten like a children's cartoon" .
As an epic movie, the grand war scenes are naturally indispensable. The battle scenes of gunfights, galloping horses, and flying ammunition in "The Alamo" are definitely worth looking forward to.
In order to make this history more realistic to the audience, the filmmakers invested heavily in rebuilding the Alamo Church and the city. This epic blockbuster with spectacular scenes and a shocking story is not only menacing, but also full of confidence in winning the Oscars.
"The Alamo" received mixed reviews, with some critics dismissing it as a historical bad movie, while others applauding the film's authenticity.

The story is quite simple, and the content is not that much, but I had to shoot it for 2 hours, so the first half felt the rhythm was relatively slow, and after the battle, everything went smoothly

Before I watched it, I checked the 100s, understood the background, and knew the historical status of this battle; by the way, the Mexican army is really watery, 7,000 regular troops fought 200 rabble, and the equipment level was similar, and it was still a positional battle, and it took 13 days to get it. Next; Texas wants slavery, Mexico does not allow slavery, so to be independent, one side is to launch a rebellion, and the other side is to maintain the territorial integrity of the country, but justice does not mean that you can win~~

The Alamo quotes

  • William Travis: Colonel Bowie, I understand that you plan to remove the cannon from this fort and take them to General Houston. I advise you not to do it; they are needed here.

James Bowie: Where did you hear that, Buck?

William Travis: Men tend to talk when they drink; your men tend to drink.

James Bowie: I will do as I have been commanded; as for what that is, I will discuss it further with Col. Jamison.

William Travis: Col. Jamison has left the fort on personal business; he left me in command.

James Bowie: Whooee, that is a rapid rise, Billy. We better break out the long pants.

  • James Bowie: [about Crockett's coonskin cap] What happened to your cap? Crawl away?

Davy Crockett: No, I only wear it when it's extra cold. The truth is, I only started wearing that thing... because of that fella in that play they did about me. People expect things.
