No one has ever known what research is going on in Dr. Buster's laboratory with a strange personality. However, in an accident in the laboratory, an ordinary MiGru dog suddenly discovered that he could not only speak, but also gained unimaginable superpowers. Wearing a cool cloak, the super dog vows to protect the safety of the citizens of Capitol, especially his favorite object-a purebred hound named Polly.
