The so-called three-generation godfather Vincent Mancini (Corleone) has a grandiose face and a grumpy temper. When he went to bed with the utilitarian female reporter he had hooked up, he was almost assassinated by the enemy's men. Even if he succeeded in subduing the killer, he would have surrendered. The killing of the assassin was superfluous, even bloodthirsty. This is the first slot.
When Vincent first appeared on the stage, he refused to obey in front of Tang, and in a savage and stupid manner that almost bit off an enemy's ear, he broke the contract made by Tang for expediency in a senseless manner. Judging from the plot of the movie, this person (Joy Saza) and Vincent have no inexplicable blood feud, so doing so is even more difficult to understand. Such fools and time bombs who have no city in their hearts, in exchange for anyone will try to alienate him, and in the end Michael let him become the head of the family, which is really incredible. This is the second slot.
Sophia Coppola's acting skills are obviously too young, and her lines are not good enough. Although the director chose her to play Michael Corleone's daughter as a last resort, this has brought the film to a lower level.
Part of the plot is extremely unreasonable. What kind of mafia would use a helicopter with a machine gun to murder the family leader! Not to mention that it is inconvenient to get this kind of military equipment, and it is easy to be tracked, not to mention that it is easy to attract the FBI's crazy investigation (not to mention the suppression of the Mafia in 1979 has become the FBI's normal state), such a city over the city Isn’t the act of assassination with a gunship the same nature as 9.11? The screenwriter obviously didn't figure out that the Sicilian Mafia was definitely not a drug cartel led by the Colombian drug lord, let alone that it was in the United States, a mature modern capitalist superpower, not in Colombia or Mexico.
The plot is long and not compact enough. In the 170-minute period, the main line is not clear, and a lot of time is spent describing Michael's pain, which makes the plot more watery. Michael wanted to gain Kay’s understanding. The Sicilian ballad played by Anthony for Michael (the lyric version of the godfather’s classic soundtrack love theme) reminds Michael of his first wife, and also designed Mary to go to Michael’s study to look through Apollonie. The plot of Ya’s old photos, these unnecessary branches and leaves would be better if deleted. The screenwriter and director probably want to consume the feelings of one or two fans of the godfather.

The godfather is a mortal, but the godfather knows his choice and the price he will pay after his choice. Everyone is responsible for their choices.
Finally, through the montage technique, we show us the Mafia's cleaning of the enemy, but the visual impact is no longer as good as the godfather. Some people may say that I did not understand the Godfather series of movies. Even if I watch it a hundred times, I still cannot fully comprehend the meaning of this classic, but I have benefited a lot from it, and it has also allowed me to understand many problems in life. If I sincerely hope that Godfather Three can bring us the same spiritual feast and philosophy in life as Godfather One or Two, it is definitely human nature. And I do hope so.
